At Maharaja Regency, we strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide flexibility in our booking process. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
Cancellation more than 48 hours before check-in: Guests can cancel their reservation without any charges. A full refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in: A cancellation fee equivalent to the first night’s stay will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Reservations marked as non-refundable are subject to a full charge at the time of booking. These reservations cannot be canceled or modified, and no refunds will be issued.
In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the guest will be charged for the entire stay as per the reservation’s rate. No refunds or changes will be granted for no-shows.
Guests who check out earlier than the confirmed departure date will be charged for the full duration of the original reservation.
Changes to reservation dates or guest names must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date. Depending on availability and rate differences, additional charges may apply. Please contact our reservations team directly to discuss modifications.
In cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters or government travel restrictions, Maharaja Regency will provide a full refund or allow modifications to the reservation, as per the situation and availability.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of the cancellation. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
