• A valid credit card or Advance Payment is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment for your stay is required upon check-in.

• Check-in time is from 01:00 Pm
• Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Check-out time is by 11:00Am
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Cancellations made 48 Hrs prior to the arrival date are free of charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 Hrs of the arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to one night charges as cancellation fee.
• Non-refundable reservations are charged in full at the time of booking and cannot be canceled or modified without a charge.
• Valid government-issued identification is required at check-in.
• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner.
• Any behavior that is disruptive, illegal, or harmful to other guests or staff may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
• Costs for damages will be charged to the guest's and to be settling immediately.
• We will make every effort to provide the room type and special requests as reserved. However, room assignments are subject to availability.
• The hotel takes reasonable measures to ensure the safety and security of guests in premises.
• The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of any personal belongings.
• Guests are welcome to use common areas and facilities such as the dining options, Business center and other facilities available in hotel on chargeable basis.
• Complimentary parking is available for hotel guests.
• The hotel is not responsible for any damage to or loss of vehicles parked on the premises.
• Your use of our website and hotel services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By making a reservation or staying at our hotel, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
